Cancellation
Please ensure you check your order details prior to confirming it to avoid cancellations. www.kadaiveedhi.shop reserves the right to cancel an order due to an error on the site, or an inventory issue. If the customer’s credit card has been charged prior to cancelation of an order, the charge will be reversed.
The terms and conditions of returning a product purchased on www.kadaiveedhi.shop are provided by the respective sellers directly. All products listed under a category may not have the same return policy. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page.
You may request for a refund/replacement within the days mentioned on the product page only if the product has not been worn or washed and should be without any stains such as turmeric or Kumkum. The product will be eligible for return only if it is returned with all original tags and packing
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
- Product should be unwashed/unused
- Soiled products will not be accepted for exchange
- Product should not have been tampered with
- Original tags and packing should be intact
The return pick-up staff may refuse to accept the return if one or more of the above conditions are not satisfied.
For any products entitled for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the date on which the product is received by the seller.
Refunds of Out of Stock Items
www.kadaiveedhi.shop will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his/her consent initiate the refund process.
