Here are the terms and conditions for our Mega Summer Sale 2023

Stalls

All mompreneurs will choose and pay for a particular stall from the layout. No changes will be permitted after payment is made. Stall rent is non-refundable. Men are not permitted to be present in the stall.

Billing

Billing will be centralised. Bill books (triplicate) will be provided to each stall. Original to be given to the customer, second copy to be attached to the package and the third copy to be retained in the bill book which shall be returned to us for records.

Delivery

Package of the customer with the 2nd copy of the bill shall be handed over at the delivery counter at the entrance of the venue. Mompreneurs are requested to bring their own bags for their products.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and water is available to be purchased at the venue. Lunch and snacks can be purchased at the food stalls or can be brought from home. Non vegetarian food is not permitted inside the venue. Everyone is requested to keep the premises clean.

Miscellaneous

Mompreneurs are requested to bring their own stationery and cloth to cover their products at the end of the day. Cloth stands are available on rent provided they are requested for in advance. Mompreneurs who book the stall within the stipulated date will be added to the whatsapp broadcast for event updates

Payments

All payments will be collected at the billing counter at the entrance of the venue. Mompreneurs are requested to provide us with bank account details to transfer the sale proceeds within 3 working days.

Promotions

Promotions on social media will be made for mompreneurs who book stalls in advance with payment and also provide us with videos and photographs needed for promotion within the stipulated date.
