Cooking Method

How to cook native rice?

  • White rice can be used to make steamed rice and Idly/Dosa batter.
  • Soaking time for white rice is 30 minutes, 2 part of water and 1 part of rice.
  • Red rice can be used to make idly/dosa batter, Soaking time is 8 hours, Replace Idly rice with Native Red Rice.
  • Follow the above same procedure to make idly/dosa batter with Black rice.
