Rental Details:

• A refundable deposit covering the value of the carrier will be applicable to all rentals. 
• Rentals are on weekly basis.
• Extension of a rental period, can be purchased by purchasing additional rental.
• The rental period begins after the day of despatch and ends on the day of return shipping.

• Rental period is reckoned on weekly basis only.
• Delays beyond 2 days shall be construed as a new week.
• Uninformed delays in returning the carrier, beyond a period of 10 days from the end of rental period, shall be considered a breach and full deposit retained.
• Repairs, if any, arising due to damage during the rental period, shall be chargeable.
• In case of loss, the deposit shall be retained

Maintenance:

• Spot clean spills/stains with wet wipes / mild soap.
• Store folded in a clean and dry place

• Despatch will be made within 48 hours of order confirmation and deposit payment.

Exchange Policy

• Kindly inspect carrier on receipt and intimate any adverse indications within 24 hours.
• Suitable replcement shall be provided / refund processed on receipt of the said carrier 
• Cancellation cannot be done once carrier is shipped

Return Policy:

• On completion of the rental period the address for return shipping will be intimated.
• The carrier should be securely packed and shipped, on the last day of your rental week
• Carrier pick -up can be arranged at extra cost
• Refund of deposit will be processed within 10 to 12 working days after return of the rented unit
• Uninformed delays in returning the carrier, beyond a period of 10 days from the end of rental period, shall be considered a breach and full deposit retained.
• Repairs, if any, arising due to damage during the rental period, shall be chargeable.
