Weekly two classes & one routine. 

We go by levels.

Schedule: Timings 

 7.30-8.30 AM

Fee is 1299/- per month

Yoga with aishu- agenda

Level 1-16 classes

Level 2-16 classes

Level 3-24 classes

On completion of third level E-Certificate will be provided approved by 

VIVID (i) MINDS and TAMILNADU YOGA FEDERATION will be awarded to you. 

Each session has 5 parts in it

Meditation

Breathing Exercises 

Warm-up & Aasana

Relaxation

5th element( routine changer)

Additionally: Guest sessions, mental well-being sessions will be conducted.
